Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Locksmith Vaughan Ontario ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

Locksmith Vaughan Ontario provides professional locksmith services including:

• Emergency lockout assistance (residential, commercial, automotive)
• Lock installation, repair, and replacement
• Key cutting and duplication services
• Lock rekeying and security upgrades
• Safe opening and maintenance
• Security system consultations

Service Area

Our services are available throughout Vaughan, Ontario, including but not limited to Thornhill, Woodbridge, Concord, Maple, Kleinburg, Carrville, Patterson, and Beverley Glen.

Pricing and Payment

• Service pricing varies based on the type of service, time of day, and complexity
• Emergency services may incur additional charges for after-hours calls
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Estimates are provided before work begins when possible

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide proof of ownership or authorization for the property or vehicle
• Provide accurate information about the location and nature of the service needed
• Be present or arrange for authorized representation during service
• Ensure safe working conditions for our technicians
• Pay for services as agreed upon completion

Proof of Ownership

For security purposes, we require proof of ownership or authorization before providing services. This may include photo identification, property ownership documents, vehicle registration, or other appropriate verification. We reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof cannot be provided.

Warranties and Guarantees

• We guarantee our workmanship for a reasonable period following service completion
• Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
• Emergency lockout services are not covered by warranty due to their nature
• Warranty claims must be reported promptly after discovery

Limitation of Liability

While we carry appropriate insurance and take care in providing our services, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Emergency Services

For emergency services:

• We prioritize urgent calls and provide an estimated arrival window based on location, traffic, and technician availability
• Response times may vary based on location, weather, and traffic conditions
• Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours calls
• We reserve the right to prioritize calls based on urgency and safety

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our technician has been dispatched may incur a service call fee.

Property Damage

While we use professional techniques to minimize damage, some locksmith services may require drilling or other methods that could cause minimal damage to locks or doors. We will discuss this with you before proceeding and our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our negligence.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your security needs and service locations. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be governed by Ontario law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
